Key Objectives

Implementation of the overall marketing digital strategy of the company by using latest digital communication tools and technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company websites aiming higher organic traffic from search engines like Google - organic and paid search from targeted campaign
  • Helps to improve traffic and deliver the best possible search results on the company websites using internal and public tools
  • Creates high-quality content (newsletters, articles, videos or images) that could turn ordinary users into prospects or call them to take action by subscribing to newsletters, following in social networks, participating in surveys, etc.
  • Regularly updates the content of the company websites
  • Implements good practices for local SEO strategy in order to get higher search engine ranking
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the SMM (Social Media Marketing) plan, for establishing a good presence on social networks such as Facebook, You Tube, LinkedIn and more by sharing useful information on a regular basis that would engage people to be interested in the company's products/services
  • Coordinates cooperation on projects with external service providers / products and monitors the achievement of set goals
  • Participates in the development of the company's annual marketing plan and in particular of the digital projects and activities
  • Controls the execution of the approved budget for the online assigned activities
  • Collects the necessary data and prepares a monthly report on projects in the digital marketing area
  • Monitors the performance of the assigned KPIs related to specific goals of the marketing team
  • Analyzes, evaluates and proposes activities in the field of digital marketing
  • Works in close collaboration with other sales staff

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Marketing or Public Relations (PR)
  • Minimum two years of marketing experience with focus on digital activities / projects
  • Fluent English - written and spoken
  • Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience in applying SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PSA (Paid Search Advertising) methods as part of SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Responsibility, precision and efficiency

  • Demonstrating a positive „can do“ attitude
