HR Business Partner

WIENERBERGER is the world’s largest producer of bricks and number one on the clay roof tile market in Europe with nearly 200 production sites in 30 countries.

For our growing HR team we are looking for experienced and passionate HR BUSINESS PARTNER to further develop and provide state-of-the-art services to our employees and support the business in people and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Responsible for the whole employee life cycle from hire to retire
• Visit the the production sites to run the HR agenda
• Update job requirements when needed and creates job descriptions for different roles
• Support improvement and evolvement of the HR polices and procedures in the company
• Lead annual performance appraisals process, talent management and succession planning
• Identify opportunities & solutions for individual and team development needs, training and education
• Develop, participate and oversee different employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including corporate social responsibility events
• Responsible for internal communication
• Implement Group and Regional HR projects
• Provide people related subjects support to the departmental managers
• Support employees in resolving human resources issues in timely and efficient problem-solving manner

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience working in the human resources field in an international company
• Overall knowledge of HR processes
• Fluent English - written and spoken
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Driving license and readiness for intensive travelling between the production sites in the country
• Ability to develop, present and lead initiatives
• Responsibility, confidentiality, precision and efficiency
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Solution oriented approach, combined with analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Team player
• Demonstrating a positive „can do“ attitude
