For our constantly growing business in Bulgaria and further development of our Finance Business Support Center we are offering the following position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Accounting department team, servicing several production entities and segments.
- Organization and control of timely and accurate accounting of all economic operations.
- Organization and systematization of the accounting documents and processes, ensuring compliance with the applicable accounting standards and financial policies of the company.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines for preparation and submission of various statutory declarations and statements, as well as payments due thereof.
- Communication with and representation of the company to tax, customs, bank authorities.
- Monitoring of legislative changes and the impact on the company’s obligations.
- Organization of asset inventories, verification and analysis of the results.
- Development of internal rules and procedures in the field of accounting and reporting.
- Participation in forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent economic subject.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and/or auditing, thereof considerable part within the production industry, with at least 5 years relevant managerial experience.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory framework in IFRS, accounting, tax.
- Extensive experience with SAP FI.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability.
- Change management skills and attitude.
